SUNY Upstate, Ophthalmology
Current Position: Postdoctoral Associate
Keywords Research Areas: Eye, Development, Retinal progenitor, Retinal stem cell
Synopsis Of Research:
Study gene function during eye development to understand how alterations in the function of these genes result in human blindness. I am particularly interested in the comprehensive study of genes that regulate retinal progenitor specification and differentiation during retinal development.
Mentor: Dr. Michael E. Zuber
